If you haven’t done so, head over the Open Sky shopping site. I took the plunge this week and purchased the “Around the Table: Family Talk” game. Within 24 hours of ordering it, a package arrived at my house. One. Day. People!

My daughters and I tried out the little ‘Q & A’ game last night. It was awesome! Being a single parent to two daughters (15 and 10) is not always a walk in the park. And communication with them (especially the 15yr old) is..uh..well..CHALLENGING to say the least! This little game was a perfect setting for ‘just talking’. It was neat peaking into their little minds and listening to their thoughts. I think they even learned a little something about dear ole Dad! And the best part? I heard: “THIS IS FUN DAD!”. Priceless.

Do yourself (and your family) a favor. Head over to the shopping site and browse around. There are all sorts of little nuggets like the Family Talk game. You will be glad you did. I sure am!
