About Giveaways

On occasion, WritRams.com provides product or service giveaways in relation to reviews or posts. These giveaways are almost always compensated, generally with free product, services or reimbursement.

All giveaways, unless specifically noted, are valid in the United States only.

Prizes are subject to change without notification based on availability.

Odds of winning are based on number of entries.

Entries must be received by midnight on the deadline day in order to be eligible. Entries received after midnight will not be eligible.

Prize winners are selected by random drawings via random.org (most often through comments).

If a comment has a suspicious link or any information that may be seen as spam (links within the comment, random words, etc.), the comment will most likely be routed to spam and not included in the drawing. Jacqueline Wilson and WritRams.com is not responsible for comments not included in the drawing.

Prize winners will have seven business days to provide the needed information before forfeiting the prize. Upon forfeiture, another random drawing will take place.

By entering the giveway, prize winners agree to have their first names and states posted on the WritRams website. All winners are posted after the drawing on the Giveaway Winners page.

By providing your email address to Jacqueline Wilson, WritRams.com, and the sponsoring company, you indemnify WritRams.com against damages, losses and legal or medical expenses that may arise from the use of the products given away by our sponsor companies.
