Free Pie (No Lie) | Mrs. Smith’s Lets You Keep in Touch with Friends and Family for the Holidays

| December 6, 2012 | 12 Comments

This post brought to you by Mrs. Smith’s . All opinions are 100% mine.

Mrs. Smiths Deep Dish Cherry Pie

Every year, I have these lofty goals of sending Christmas cards. “This year I’m going to do it!” I tell myself as I pick up a mix of cute and spiritual set of cards. And then … life happens—the gift buying, the planning, the parties, the tree, Santa visits, and all the other stuff (you know the drill).

This year I’ve decided to be honest with myself and forego the card buying and just send cards online. Thankfully, Mrs. Smith’s pies (yep, the same company that makes those awesome pies—I.KNOW.) has a site where you can send a FREE holiday e-card for up to 50 people at a time. (I know that’s pushing it for friends for some of you, so just go ahead and send it out to the two friends you have. It works just as well. We won’t tell.) Head over to the site, click on the card you want and send your own little virtual sweet treat. It’s SUPER easy to use (and no pesky sign-ups or pages of information before you get to do something for free).

Giving Back

You know why it’s cool to support sites like this? Mrs. Smith’s makes a $1 donation to Operation Homefront for every Mrs. Smith’s pie sold in November and December. They also provide pies to Operation Homefront for Thanksgiving. Don’t you think it’s so important to support companies who give back? (ME TOO!)

Free Pie

And just when you thought it couldn’t get better, I have something else for you (you know I always do)—FREE pie. Thanks to Mrs. Smith’s, I’m giving away two of their yummy pies—of your choice—so that you have it in time for your holiday celebration!  (I’m a cherry pie person myself. DUDE, Mrs. Smith’s totally has a Signature Deep Dish Cherry Pie with butter fudge sauce. I.KNOW.)

And guess what else? For one of the winners, Mrs. Smith’s will make a $20 donation to Operation Homefront in your name! (We’ll randomly draw for that, too!)

What do you need to do? Just leave a comment telling me your favorite Mrs. Smith’s pie and you’ll be entered!

We’ll close out this giveaway on Friday, December 14 at midnight (EST) with a random drawing from all the entries. Good luck.
